This mid-19th century house retains its proportions and character externally, and integrity of plan form internally with original stairs, fireplaces and joinery.

Set back from road. Two-storey, three-bay.

Central entrance, double pile. Hallway through to rear extension. Doglegged stair: mahogany stick balusters with handrail. Four-panel doors. Double doors between ground floor south rooms. In ground floor north room is fire surround with no grate, in first floor northeast and southeast rooms are surrounds with (damaged) grates and in northwest room surround and grate. The southwest room has been divided with new access stairs to the attic.
