Not as old as other properties in the street, this building was constructed in about 1900. The building, with its elaborate ground floor decoration and simple upper, contributes to the streetscape.
Two-storey with attic, three-bay. Slate roof with box dormer with three-pane timber window. Walls render with ashlar effect quoins. Shopfront framed to sides with fluted pilasters with pedimented, rolled and fluted capitals. Frieze between has heavy dentilled cornice.
