A fine old granite-faced building, once Jersey Savings Bank's headquarters, still standing and now part of Lloyds Offshore premises

New Street was otherwise known as Rue Durell and Chemin Neuf. In 1810 Sir Harry Burrard ceded Chemin Neuf to the Parish of St Helier
