Earliest building is a three-bay house, circa 15th century; likely refaced circa 1700, with a two-bay east extension, circa 1700, and a further three bays added to east circa 1800. Arched doorway thought to have been repositioned circa 1700.
Historical association as home of surrealist photographers Claude Cahun and Marcel Moore from 1937.
One of the oldest surviving buildings in the St Brelade's Bay area. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
