1881 - Master mason Elias Duval (1844- ) was living at Greenfields [1] with his second wife Adelina Jane, nee Barney, 14-year-old son Elias, by his first wife Mary Le Gros, also a mason, and baby daughter Mary
1891 - The house was occupied by farmer Edward G Le Boutillier (1860- ) his wife Mary Jane, nee Conway, and one-year-old daughter Florence Marie. A short distance away in Rue des Buttes, his father, also a farmer, Edward George Le Boutillier (1830- ), who was widowed from Elizabeth Pinel, was living with his daughters Elvina, Alice and Ada
1901 - The census showed four Le Boutillier children - Marie Anne (1891- ), Florence, Eva Maud (1894- ) and Edward (1897- )

- TRM 1768 EAT - For Thomas Remon and Elizabeth Arthur, who married in St John in 1738
- 18 JLP JCT 51 - This stone has not been interpreted. he initials suggest Jean Le Page and Jeanne Coutanche, but no corresponding marriage has been found and a check on census returns for St John has failed to identify this couple

A mid-19th century Jersey house, which is an extensive remodelling of an earlier property on this site, retaining historic features and character. Most interior features are reportedly from 1887. Five-bay, two-storey house, single storey wing on the west and single storey, three-bay cottage to the west.
