Listed building
A mid-late 18th century rural house, with earlier origins, retaining original features and fine stonework, with integrity as a small farm group.
Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
Five-bay, two-storey house with two-bay, two-storey wing to the west. Single storey farm building on the east side. Slate roof. Ashlar granite chimney on east gable, corniced rendered chimney on west gable. Two pitched roof dormers. Ashlar facade of grey and red granite. Chamber fireplace from La Citadelle.

- ↑ The first initials on this stone were read by Joan Stevens as 'TLC' and shown as such in the list in Vol 2 of her Old Jersey Houses. She deciphered the initials as being for Thomas Le Cras. This error was perpetuated by the Datestone Register, which remarked that a record of the marriage of Thomas and Marie had not been found. We believe that this is because there was no such marriage and the worn, very light engraving has been wrongly interpreted. Jean Le Cras and Marie Gibaut married in St Lawrence in 1692
- ↑ The initials are interpreted by HER as for Josue Le Cras and Marie Gibaut, copied from the Datestone Register. This is wrong. The register's compiler failed to find a marriage recorded and based the interpretation on a burial record for a Marie Gibaut. There was no marriage of such a couple, but the marriage of Jean and Marie is in our database. Although we think it likely that this Jean was the son of the Jean on the stone above, we have not been able to place either of them in any of our Le Cras trees
