Listed building

A good example of an early 19th century sail loft, retaining its essential form and massing, including long narrow gabled appearance and loft/workshop openings. Two storeys plus attic, single bay on east, four bays on north. Tile roof, stone copings, granite with granite quoins. East gable has wide workshop opening on ground floor infilled with modern glazed doors and metal railing; with planked and glazed workshop doors. Similar, smaller openings to first floor and attic. Metal hoist arm and small triangular opening in apex above.
