  1. The properties have proved to be in a dangerous position opposite the bottom of Mont Felard. There have been numerous accidents over the years when vehicles whose brakes have failed have crossed St Aubin's Road and crashed into the houses' boundary wall
  2. Her husband, Philip Nicholas Noel, was still alive in 1941. It is not known where he was living
This lorry crashed into the properties in 1980 when its brakes failed while descending Mont Felard opposite
