A rural house with 17th century origins retaining historic character including an elegant facade. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Two-storey, three-bay house. Front elevation: slate roof with rooflights and dormer. Rendered chimneys. Red granite rubble with irregular grey stone long and short quoins. Windows with uprights and quoins in grey stone, heightened on first floor, lowered on ground floor. Doorway with uprights and quoins in grey stone.

Detached outbuilding to south: slate roof. Stone chimney with thatch stones on south gable. Rendered.
