Listed building

A 18th century property, refaced in 19th century, forming part of St Aubin's historic core and a significant contribution to streetscape character, with a notable survival of original features of historic significance. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Two-storey, five- bay house with later extension/cottage to the rear.

Tapering on north side probably indication of an earlier extension, since removed.
