A 18th century farmhouse with 19th century alterations, retaining some original exterior features and character. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
Group of farm buildings include main five-bay, two-storey house, single-storey three-bay cottage to the west side, L-shaped farm buildings to the north and a long building dated 1906 behind them parallel to the road.
